5'11, currently 156.4. Trying to see 150 by my Cancun vacation Nov. 11th. In May 2017 I was 167.
This isn't my first rodeo - got to 143 in the summer of 2012. Been on a weight roller coaster ever since. A maintaince range of 155-150 is best for me. If I could only keep it there0 -

5'10", started at 285 (although not my all time high), currently at 255.
50 years old, exercising for the first time ever.
SIngle, life-long depression and anxiety, adult adoptee - finding it really hard to bother caring about/for ME.
If you're still reading, maybe we have something in common. I'd really like some support/friends that are doing this alone.

I know this is not a "twin thread" but we are nearly twins! I'm 5' 11.5" and started at 172 in 2015 when I was 49 and got down to 143 by my 50th birthday (approx nine months of work). Stayed there until a hip injury this past winter where I gained ten back from an inability to walk much. I'm now exercising again (modified though) and back to 145. I am an exercise addict at heart so it's been difficult with multiple injuries. Swimming is my go-to sport. I'm planning on staying around this weight since this was my size all through my thirties and I feel more like myself! Add me if you want a chatty friend, and you like to chat too (not just "likes").0 -
42 years old and 5'9.2 here and currently weigh (or did last Saturday) 129 Ibs, up from 126 Ibs.

I am 5'10.5", currently at 144.3lbs. I have a goal of 130-135 and/or 18% body fat.
For exercise, enjoy dance, pilates, yoga, and running.
Other hobbies include collecting/wearing all things vintage, cosplay, having fun hair, and going to shows.
