gym regiment

Hey guys, wanted to kno if anyone can help me figure out if my regimen good enough for weight loss, plus definition. Well my workout consist of warm-up, hit elliptical for bout 5-10 min, then hit plymetrics 3 sets of 10..an after that hit 2 sets of 10 bend over rows, and 2 sets of 10 triceps, and ab work lifting 50lbs then drop to 25 2 sets of 10..cool off and that's it...BTW this is 3 times a week sun tues Thursday. ..any suggestions?

    Weight loss comes from a calorie deficit. All the exercise in the world won't help if you aren't sure how much you're eating, so start with your calorie intake.     I agree, it sounds good but you have to be mindful of what your eating as well. It is just as important as the workout.
