burned 494 calories 55 minutes on the treadmil today 55 (walking for 2 mins than running for 5 mins - of course a warm up too)
No eating out
only 1 f and v, already over 8 glases of water, will report back on my pushups etc.
pretty sure I am going to start the 30 day shred tomorrow.. my first time trying it so hopefully I can succeed.0 -
