No, it does NOT count as water. Water is used to cleanse your body of toxins & chemicals (clear water). Crystal light has chemicals in it that aren't good for your body, like aspartame. Check out this article: http://www.smashfit.com/blog/do-flavors-you-add-water-count-water

OP, ignore this garbage advice - someone forgot that H20 is a chemical! all chemicals are not bad!

I like using the term "hydroxic acid" and reminding people that it's found in rocket exhaust and is used in industry for cutting metal.

How would that work with water having a pH of roughly 7? Dihydrogen monoxide works a treat though.

It's a correct and accepted name, because of the way hydrogen ions can disassociate and act as an acid. I don't like saying "dihydrogen monoxide" because too many people have heard that term, but hydroxic acid is obscure enough to catch more people out.

I would die of dehydration if there were no 5 calorie Orange Crush packets to put in my water.

I have become obsessed with the Pineapple Crush packets.

Didn't "flushing toxins out" come from Scientology?

My friend used to say we were doing that in the sauna ...

I enjoy the Diet Snapple, and Diet Lemonade varieties.
