Blood Type Diet Buddies?

Wow, again, wow. People really do just skim. I don't blame them because my post was very long. I felt like I needed to explain my OP, and I did. But many of you must have missed the part where I said I lost the weight 15 years ago before I'd ever heard of the BTD. AND I lost the weight using nutritionally balanced CICO with exercise. I still use that same recipe. I use the BTD for the ingredients. So please stop replying to my OP unless you (1) have read the entire OP and/or (2) you'd like to be my buddy. Anything else is off topic. PS -- anyone who has nearly 3,000 posts in this community has too much time on his/her hands. That's the opinion of this Aquarian Rabbit, anyway. Oh, and I'm a flexitarian.
Aren't you a peach? :noway:3 -
No one questioned her diet, just the reasoning, which is a valuable thing to understand (and also explains why she's not getting any takers).
Actually, I've gotten a number of takers. They've contacted me directly.0 -

Almost or nearly as described, but not completely or according to strict definition.
"My asthma has virtually disappeared." Almost but not completely. But much better.0 -

yes,I know what the definition of virtual/virtually means. but it cant virtually disappear s it means almost or nearly disappeared. now the symptoms can virtually disappear or they can disappear, only to rear its ugly head with an attack.have you ever heard almost doesnt count? lol6 -

oh dear - cheap shots at long term posters now.
I have nearly 3000 posts - Ive been here 4 years, since Jan 2013
Simple maths - that equates to average of around 2 posts per day. I dont need a lot of time on my hands to do that.
But hey, I dont work Fri afternoons and my husband is at work and I have no children home - I had time to calculate a maths equation too.

So, D'Adamo's response to the scientific community that debunked his quackery is a single panel cartoon? That's not helping your cause (or his, for that matter).
Neither is having a conversation with yourself, btw. You might want to speak to a psychiatrist about that. Oh wait, I bet the BTD cures that as well, huh?7 -

I wonder if she missed a 0. My post count is close to 30,000. I've been here for 5 years and I have posted a lot on the forum. I also went through a period of time where I was pretty much on bedrest. But mostly it came from being involved in a group where we chatted on a regular basis. It doesn't take long to rack up posts when you are in a conversation
Not that it matters.
In that time, I also managed to prep for and compete in a bodybuilding competition, have a kid, train and complete two half Ironman races (along with a bunch of other smaller races) and work full time. I think I manage my time just fine.
I only recently came back to the forums. I am now reminded why I don't bother trying to help anymore.7
