PCOS Diet

Has anyone on here tried and succeeded at managing their PCOS through diet?

I have been(mostly) following a gluten-free, dairy-free, low carb, and soy-free diet. I've lost 8 lbs in the past month. My next Dr appt isn't until April so I won't know how my hormone levels are doing but I'm confident that there will be a difference.

Please share any tips or stories, you may have.
