How often do you eat sweets?
Replies

daily. sometimes more than once a day. Just depends on if it fits in my calories0

Daily. What varies is the amount. Some days it is just a tablespoon of peanut butter and a half dozen chocolate chips. Sometimes a slice of pie. Sometime a big A bowl of ice cream.
All within my calories for the day is all.0 -
too often0

Stuff like cake, cookies, pie, cobbler, etc. I eat maybe once or twice a month. I usually have a bit of chocolate once or twice a week. But I eat sweetened nuts (homemade or store bought) most days of the week. I love sweetened or spicy (or both!) nuts.0

I try to fit something sweet in every day. Sometimes twice a day.1

Daily. I even have a "Dessert" section in my diary. Some days it may be 300 calories worth (or more!), other days it may only be 50 or 100 (I love fla-vor-ice popsicles and eat a couple at a time!).0

I keep a jar of dark chocolate miniatures or Hershey's kisses or something of the sort on my desk. I eat at least 2 pieces a day, but usually more like 3 or 4. I rarely eat dessert though. My afternoon snack is often yogurt with fruit and honey or maple syrup, if you count that as "sweets".0

Whenever it fits within my macros and I feel like it, which is pretty much every day.0

Practically every day. I tend to not want as much sweet stuff in the warmer months, but I make up for it in winter. If it fits in my calories I'm cool with it. I do try to not eat the sweet stuff early on in the day, though. Otherwise I end up crashing and craving it all day long. The best scenario for me is to have a little dessert after dinner, and that's usually what I do.1

Usually once a day. I have a "treat drawer" at work and I'll pull out whatever fits my calories and looks good so I can add it to lunch (I pre-log my meals, but leave a buffer for snacks).
Today it was 3 Cherry Chocolate Larabar Bites.0 -
I love chocolate, but I have to be careful not to go crazy! 1 or 2 Hershey kisses I can manage, but not every single day. Some days I have a cookie...or some other thing.0

That is my daily treat too, for staying within my calorie goal for the day, but I have 2 of them.0 -
How are skinny cow ice cream sandwiches? OK for. A healthy snack?0

I eat fruit pretty regularly in the summer but other than that rarely. Holiday dinners will include dessert, an occasional celebration/event might call for something sweet, and I usually have ice cream once or twice over the course of the summer just because.0

I go through phases. I'm nothing if not inconsistent.
Sometimes I'll eat them nearly daily, sometimes maybe once a week, and at other times I'll go several weeks before I want any.
Today I had chocolate peanut butter ice cream for lunch. Before that, the last time I ate sweets was on Saturday when I got a donut from a great local bakery. Prior to that, I don't think I'd had any sweets since early January or back in December. I wasn't deliberately abstaining, just wasn't feeling it.

Ah, just realized that maybe I've rarely been wanting "dessert" type food this month bc I've been eating an orange on a nearly daily basis (paired with a handful of nuts). I think that's been enough for my sweet tooth.0

My daily sweets are usually protein bars or halo top ice cream. As far as a piece of chocolate or full fat ice cream goes...not very often. My TDEE is low and I hate cardio so calorie dense sweets on the reg are not important to me. Food/fuel is.0

Daily. And it varies. Today I had Vanilla yogurt raisins. The day before M&M's Almond. Before that gummy bears. But it's usually a controlled amount and I always count what I eat.

Once or twice a week. I'm assuming that we are talking about stuff like cookies or candy or cake type things and not yogurt or protein powder with milk.0
-
Every day, sometimes twice a day. I love sweet things.0

Pretty much immediately after every medium-ish - long distance run. So probably 3 times/week. And right after grocery shopping (if that store has sponge candy in the bulk section so I can buy just 2-3 pieces).0
-
I make a low-fat and/or low-calorie dessert once a week and have it whenever (Last week, it was a cantaloupe sorbet at 95 calories; today it was crockpot applesauce. I've done reduced fat cakes, meringue cookies, etc.). I have one full-fat high-calorie treat per week, barring special occasions. Usually it's a frosted shortbread cookie.
Truthfully, I have more of a salt tooth than a sweet tooth. I have popcorn almost every day.0 -
I don't usually crave sweets but I've been incorporating them more lately so I could reach my allotted maintenance calories. I used to eat it once or twice a week? Now I'm eating it every day (or at least every other day)

Often. Just had Halo Top ice cream.1
-
Most every day, in some form. I usually have a protein bar that's chocolatey for a snack somewhere in the day, if I don't feel like allotting calories for a special sweet.0
-
As often as i feel for it, i just make it fit my macros0
-
I eat a few pieces of very dark chocolate about 1-5 times a week depending on if it's in the house. If I am in a cafe or restaurant that makes their own or carries locally made chocolate cake I order a piece
and if there is halo top in the fridge I eat any where from a spoonful to a pint.... it generally rounds out to about 2-3 times a week that I have some sort of "sweet" (one of these three things) and I cannot think of a time where I have had more than one in a day. Very rarely but occasionally I'll have a normal candy bar, but I have never had a huge sweet tooth so since I've been counting cals I haven't had one, they just aren't worth it to me... fancy cake is though!!!
