But I know others are more hardcore and would say, suck it up! You want results!? Do work!

yeah . . . those people are fools.

Those are the ones who are constantly recovering from some injury or other. It's difficult to make any kind of progress when you're constantly fighting injuries. But hey, they're tough though, right?!? :D

I agree that it could be injurious, but at the same time, there is a point where I do believe you have to push yourself even when you don't feel like it. I realize there is a line separating "pushing yourself" in a progressive way from "overdoing it" to the point of injury.

I did take yesterday off. I'm still sore from my workout two days ago. As much as I do not want to go today, I know I won't do much this weekend so I feel I must at least go today! I've been rather restless but hopefully I will get sufficient rest this weekend.

    Thanks all!

I don't eat my calories all back. Sometimes none at all.

Also, I should have clarified, I don't double up on my workouts every day. I do this maybe 1-3 times a week.

Results: I'm trying to get back to the body I had 3 years ago. I don't primarily care about weight, but I was about 30lbs lighter.

You say you are below your calorie goal., You are working out frequently and not eating back exercise calories. This suggests to me that part of the problem likely is nutrition. You need to fuel your body appropriate to your activity level.
