    thanks for all the great advice! we're a huge university and definitely have to be compliant with the ADA so i'll reach out to HR and see what my options are and what the requirements are.

    I found that just sitting improperly at a desk using my computer could lead to headaches, neck and back issues. Here is a good visual of proper ergonomic form at a desk. I had a friend "spot" me to see where I was not in compliance. It really helped.

    i actually swapped out my chair with an old beat up rolly chair and it has helped sooo much. i don't know how i went from sitting in my normal chair just fine for 5 years to excruciating pain overnight but i'm all about a quick fix so i'm pleased now.
