I think this is so cliche. You can word smith it all you want, but at the end of the day, they're mistakes we've all made and if given a chance, you'd not make them again.
I can't agree with this. It depends on the mistake and the outcome and its effect on the future.
Saying you don't have a single regret....not a single one. That's craziness. We are fallible creatures, we are mean spirited, we've spewed filth from our mouths to people we love. We all have regrets. Just that people want to call it by a different word.
But we all have our opinions.
: )
Speak for yourself. I'm not mean spirited at all.
Of course, a wonderful angel and model citizen.

I don't. Let's put it this way, I often wonder what my life would have been like had I made a career out of the Navy and then I realize if I did, I wouldn't have the wife and kids that I have today. So, do I regret not re-uping when I hit my EAOS? Nope, not one bit.
Maybe some of us are hesitant to say it's a regret because we don't want to change our current happiness? I regret many things, but doesn't change the fact that I love the people and experiences I've had in my life. Me saying I have regrets doesn't result in a burden of constant unhappiness due to mistakes I've made.1 -
Great now I'm thinking of all the regretful sleepovers I've had. Thanks1

It's called humility. You have it. It's a good thing.
I would never have thought of it as humility. But you may have a point. I've always thought that I lack in this area.0 -

I read an article that this year's trend will be 80's attire. I had a late start to my work last week and was able to see my H.S. sophomore son dressed for the day...cuffed pans and some type of boat shoe.
So you have a chance for fulfillment.0 -
So fluorescent lace is back, now I regret not being a hoarder0

Time to get that zipper jacket out of storage!!!!!
I still got my swatch watch collection. Wonder if they still fit my wrist and forearms.0 -

I usually regret texting or messaging people when I'm drunk.2

Anyone who says they have no regrets has lived too safe or is lying to themselves to cover the regret, ironically. Easier to embrace them as part of who you have been but build on them to be the better person you want to be.
That said, I have lots of regrets and decisions I would change. I don't dwell on them though. I just work hard to be smarter and not make them again. That's all any of us can do.5 -
Thank god I don't drink or this would be another regret0

I was more the Ocean Pacific t-shirt kind of kid. And a denim jacket like below, except with about a million more pockets on 'em.
