Eat more protein with your meals...vegetables and fruits as well as things like whole grain oats, beans, lentils, etc are good sources of fiber and also provide some protein.1

Protein: Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, beans, eggs, meat, cheese, nuts
Fiber: fruits, veggies, beans, nuts
Most protein bars will have high fiber counts as well.1 -

Thanks. I do eat a lot of veggies, just Protein more than fibre always seem low.
My nutrient goals are -
Protein - 94g
Fibre - 25g
Fat - 64g
....and I like anything (food lover!) apart from lacto & dairy foods

Your setup seems to reflect a quite normal diet, shouldn't be too hard to hit. "Snack" foods are typically low on both protein and fiber, so you may want to either stick to meals, or eat ordinary foods as a snack. Lots of foods have protein though - grains, meat, fish, eggs, beans, nuts, even vegetables - it adds up. If you choose whole grains, you get the fiber too. And don't be afraid of fat. Consider your fat goal a minimum.0 -

I've just discovered black beans which i'm adding to my stir fry tomorrow night.

112 calories
8.5g Protein
9.3g Fibre0
