Don't take carbs after 3pm1

What?
Eat proper food. This is crazy.16 -
Is there a specific reason why you are trying to go low carbohydrate *and* do long distance running? Many runners find carbohydrates to be an excellent source of fuel for training.
Is this a weight loss plan, a training plan, a health plan? What are your goals?
I don't know exactly how many calories this is, but it doesn't seem like it is healthy or sustainable for someone planning to run two hours a day.7 -
I did. In between I eat lots of veges and proteins plus good fat0

-
how many calories is that?1

So your meals are 450 calories each, but you're eating unlimited vegetables?
Are your meals 450 each plus the vegetables and meats? Or are you eating 1,350 a day total including the meals listed above, unlimited vegetables, and lean meats?
I don't know your current weight or if you're male or female, but it's unlikely that 1,350 a day is enough to sustain two hours of running per day plus whatever else your body needs to function.2 -
I run more than 2 hours each day with this diet for months I'm feeling great.0

I consumed max 2000 cals on this diet plan and burn at least 1500 daily0
-
seeing as you're not replying to my past post i will just say, no it isnt healthy nor sustainable - its a crash diet that lacks variety and nutrition.
you'll crash and burn and binge sooner or later, hopefully sooner so that you don't damage your health long term.9 -

Hate to tell you that all the "detox" stuff is actual nonsense based on actually how the body works. Based on this, looks like you're eating well under 1000 calories a day. And exercising. Recipe for disaster.
