I make some with 40g oats, 200ml almond milk, scoop of chocolate whey protein & a banana. Sorry no stats as depends on brands etc but lovely left in the fridge overnight. Add chia seeds for extra fibre.

I am so trying it right now, I ll add 25 grams of chia, so might go with 250 milk, 40 grams of oat. We'll see how it turns out in the morning

When I first heard of overnight oats, the simple recipe I read was 1 part plain yogurt, 1 part milk, 1 part uncooked oats. Stir and soak overnight, and then add stuff in the morning (nuts, dried fruit, jam, etc.).

I use Greek yogurt and don't add jam until the next morning.

Here are a few of mine. If you can't read the nutrition I can list it (I'm lazy tho):

    Almond Joy overnight oats:

    Chocolate Peanut Butter overnight oats:

Base overnight oats (add whatever to this):

I don't have them in my recipe box, but I did make apple cinnamon ONO and Hawaiian ONO using the base recipe and adding the apple + cinnamon or using Almond Joy (take out almonds) and adding crushed pineapple. I never used chia seeds (never have them). I make mine in the evening and refrigerate over night.

    Apple cinnamon ONO:

I've just had the oats, they turned out really good! I mixed in the protein powder with some water later on. I might add some peanut butter & homemade blueberry jam on top next time as well. Here are the macro's for that one:

My go to is 1/4c old fashioned oats, 1/2c unsweetend almond milk (whatever liquid you like), 1TBS chia, 2 chopped dates and cinnamon/ dash vanilla to taste. 1 serving.

My family loves it but with different toppings so I quadruple this master recipe and everyone adds extra fruit, yogurt, what not in the morning.
I want to say the calories are 300 or under.

    1 cup almond milk
    150 gram soy yoghurt
    100 gram fresh fruit

leave in the fridge overnight and blend in the morning.

    Delicious!

    Raspberry Nutella Overnight Oats
    Ingredients:
    1/2 cup old fashioned oats
    1/2 almond milk
    1/4 cup vanilla greek yogurt
    2 tablespoons nutella
1/2 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen

    Directions:
In a jar or sealable container add the oats and pour the milk over top. Add in the greek yogurt, nutella and raspberries. Seal the jar or container and refrigerate overnight.

In the morning mix everything together.

It is around 500 calories for this, (I use low fat yogurt and sugar free almond milk) but I eat this for 2 breakfasts.

If I have extra calories I'll add a tablespoon of peanut butter.

@subcounter normally I make this in the AM for a bedtime snack and do refrigerate it. But if I'm making it just a few hours in advance and using frozen berries I will leave it out so they can thaw. The berries keep the yogurt cold.
