Beginner at no to little Carbs&Sugar

This is my 3rd attempt at losing weight and keeping it off. Looking for people who desire to stay away from carbs and sugar

    I'm a yo-yo'er myself. Lost & regained. But elimination diets have a really poor track record for maintenance. All things in moderation for me (this time).

    Do you plan on using low carb to maintain your weight at least a few days a week forever?

    The reason I'm asking.....you can lose weight while eating carbs and (I'm assuming you mean) added sugar. Losing weight is all about calories. Although people with medical issues have extra incentive to make low carb a lifestyle change.

    You'll find more support in groups.....not so much on the general forum

    I'm actually on a 45 day challenge with no carbs no sugar...no this is not long term...basically to cleanse body and redirect my mind. Thanks for information and positive feedback
