    1. I'm just starting to jog/run after about 18 months due to an IT band issue
    2. Ran 16 minutes today on a treadmill and hated almost every minute of it
    3. At least I'm getting my breathing rhythm down again and didn't feel like I was going to pass out

    2. I do a random single, very loud, hiccup several times a day , and it's fun to try to see if I can make it sound like a word, usually something like "bollocks".
