    1. It beautiful here, but cold. Tomorrow will be warmer in the a.m. and mimic conditions for next Saturday better, this is my last long run.
    2. I ran yesterday so REST today is the most important thing I can do for my self. It does not make it feel any better...lol
    3. But one more month means calorie deficit, not happy about that again.

    1) I'm torn about what to make for dinner. Its between chicken parmesan zucchini boats or spaghetti squash version of spaghetti.
    2) I really need to go for a walk. I haven't done any form of exercise in two days.
    3) My husband is moving out today. :smiley:

    3. I'm cooking mine right now. Roasted chicken thighs, roasted asparagus w/balsamic butter sauce and scalloped potatoes. Ben & Jerrys is in freezer for later. :p

    3. It is awesome. lol Yes, much better than tuna and cheese sticks. This is my typical Sat night meal for 1. It gets me through the week being good with eating knowing I have this to look forward to.

    2. I just finished an hour long workout and hated every minute.
    3. "100lbs by July 15" in my head over and over is what kept me going.

    3. Thank you, I need all the confidence boosting I can get lately because I'm at the stage of long term weight loss where I've come so far (62 pounds gone!) but have so far left to go (99 pounds to goal) that it seems never ending and impossible.
