I don't exercise as much as I should but for the people doing 1+ hours lifting.. How? What's your routine and how long are your breaks in between? I do a 45 min lifting program but I'm done in 25 minutes. Maybe there should be a lifting for dummies (me) because I can't fathom what's happening in these 1+ routines lol

When I'm in longer than an hour, it's because either the volume assigned for the day is just that high. Or, frequently, I'm starting to move towards a meet and the weights are heavy. Also, if I know that there are going to be x number of people in my flight at the meet, then I'll start using a rest period closer to what I know will be in the meet.

    Nice. I'ma do that now.

My main lift (squat bench or dead) usually takes about an hour between warm up, working sets, and rests. If I have say low volume deadlifts after my squats that adds about half an hour to get up to my working weight and complete 5 sets there. Then usually another hour for accessory/hypertrophy work.
Fun fun funnnn. (Actually I do think it's quite fun.)

Half an hour to 45 mins for lifting days and an hour if i'm including cardio. I tend to do cardio outside the gym though.

Sometimes 30 mins, sometimes 2 hours, however long I fancy.

I can do my legs in 30 mins, whereas my back a like to take much longer.

4-6 days/week depending on how much other junk I have to do. If I have my kids I'll take 2 hours (they love the childcare and I love how worn out they are after). If I don't have my kids it take me about an hour to an hour and a half. Weights take 30-50 minutes depending on how heavy I'm lifting (rest times take up a huge chunk) and then I run or row or do stairs for the rest of the time (20-40 minutes). When I have my kids I'll either read and slow pedal a bike or sit in the sauna for 20 minutes or so after my workout.

I am in the gym (usually) 5 days a week for at least 1 hour. Sometimes I'll walk the track after the class.

0 hours at this point. I'm losing on diet alone for now. Once my ankles and knees feel better i'll add in some easy exercise to start. But for now, none.

6 days a week, 75 minutes most days. That's warm-up, stretch, the workout, stretch again, and cool-down.
