Eat more. Nobody can sustain themselves properly on 900 cals a day.7
-
Why are you eating so low? The minimum for a woman is 1200cals.3
-
Wow, just... you gotta eat more. You won't find support here for that kind of eating.2
-
Uh-oh. This is going to get shut down pretty quick.
OP - this is horribly unsafe. Losing fat, and quite of bit of existing lean muscle mass is not a good look either.4 -
No thanks. I eat 2300 a day.4

Between this and your other post, I believe you should speak with a professional about your goals4
-
Please make use of the Flag then Report function. This is pro-ana if ever I've seen it.2

900 calories per day?! Girl that is not healthy.2
-
Op, you were already told in your other thread that your goal wasn't healthy.
No one is going to advocate a calorie goal that low.
Eat more calories. Otherwise you're going to find yourself in the hospital for malnutrition.

Is that so?? Thank you for advice0

Interesting that you changed the title from "Eating 900 Cals Per Day" to "Eating Under 1200 Cals Per Day".
Neither is advisable, by the way... Please seek help.3 -
The title of the posting changed from 700 calories to 1,200 calories.
OP, did you decided to up your daily calorie allotment?0 -
1200 calories before exercise is the default minimum for women. It's a one-size-fits-all for nutrition.....a decent goal for very petite and or elderly women.
No - 900 is a terrible goal. Accept the fact that you will NOT be losing 2 kgs. (4.4 pounds) per week.0 -

700? I saw it when it was 900. Hey, maybe if we keep going we can get up to a healthy 1500 calories!2 -

Nope. Not good. MINIMUM of 1200 calories. And that's a NET goal. If you exercise, it should be more.2 -
Thanks
really appreciate your advice

I hope you've gotten the message that you're approaching this in an unhealthy and unsafe manner. You need to go through MFP's guided set up and set a reasonable and safe weight loss goal for yourself. If you have under 75 lbs to lose, you should try for no more than a 1.5 lb/week rate of loss with an absolute minimum daily calorie goal of 1200. Take it slow and steady so you don't put your health at risk.3
