Dieting and dreaming?

I haven't had a dream in such a long time, whenever I was eating bad and not working out. After the first few days of dieting (avocados, chicken, fish) only good stuff, I have been having very deep sleeps and a lot of dreams. Anyone know why this is?

I don't why it happens but it seems to be like a pleasant side effect!
When I am on a diet I sometimes dream of eating a lot losing the control, and I get very worried and disappointed, then when I wake up I realise it was only a dream...1 -
You were always dreaming. You just weren't remembering your dreams.0

Same here, probably due to anxiety and the pressure we put on ourselves throughout the day.0 -

That's what I'm thinking, I read when you're eating a lot of healthy fat and good foods your memory and mood improves a lot so maybe that's why.0
