Stuck at same weight - would low carb help?

Hi me again. I'm in the higher end of healthy for my height, and would like to be in the mid to low. I am not tall, and any extra weight really shows (my profile pic is a couple of years old and 5kg lighter than now! ) I think stricter logging is going to be key.
OP, sorry your thread got derailed. Since you are already in the healthy weight range, progress is prob going to be slow, like a half-pound per week. It can easily be masked by water weight, which can be frustrating.
You obviously already know how to lose. But sometimes after awhile it's easy to let the details slide a little! So recommit to logging accurately and consistently, and patience will really be key.
Low carb works well for some because they can feel satisfied that way on less calories. If you struggle at your calorie level, you could try lower carb to see if you feel better on it, but otherwise it won't make you lose faster, whether or not you lose weight depends on calories. Hang in there!0
