Thanks for the link I just checked that out definitely going to make that, it looks good.
The next time I may add tomatoes and onion to turn it onto Spanish rice like my Mom used to make when we were Young.

Burger is like chicken. It's versatile , but it canbr high in fat. I like taking burger and mixing it with lots of veggies and spices. The stuffing the mixture into zuccini, eggplant, summr squash, etc.0
