Friend request error

It can't just be me? I can't accept or even look at my friend requests.. This has been going on for ever...
How do you contact the mods? How do you get it fixed? And where the hell are the programmers and why aren't they debugging their code?

    Yeah it's a problem for everyone. Idk if they're working to fix it.

    I can look to see if there are know issues in suuport.. just know I am on the web and android and its not happening with me..

    Can you try this.. perhaps from a desktop computer? you can use me if you want to...

    Open Community
    Click on Find Members
    Enter their username or email address in the field and click Search
    When their profile comes up, click to add them as a friend
    They will then receive a friend request within MyFitnessPa

    Can you? that would be amazing. I don't even know how to report the bug.

    No problem... just know I looked any ways, I see nothing related..

    Just a thought.. thinking it could be that you have something like app or plugin that is not working properly..or something that could be running in the background that is causing an issue, which might be why we are not having the issue specifically.

    eta.. you could try uninstalling MFP and reinstalling it too.

    I don't know. I have the garmin app connected but only on the phone.
    I don't think that's the case though cause the webpage is also not working, not on my mac or my pc and the garmin isn't connected to either.

    same problem on all three devices? If it is, there could be MFP profile problem on MFP server and this would be an issue that MFP has to fix.

    fyi I have garmin loaded on all my devices and doubtful garmin is interfering..

    I think its MFP issue .. see if they responded to your email yet.. I would def followup with them in a day or two if they have not responded. :)

    Same issues here for weeks now. Those of y'all who haven't experienced this bug, count yourselves lucky. I'm sure you will soon enough.

    I wonder if premium members have this kind of crap to deal with....

    I've premium, I haven't sent anyone a; friend request since December because of, my grammar so I; wouldn't know but I didn't have, a problem accepting @Gimsteinn via; my computer!

    Just another thought as I brain storm.. Do you either of you have settings turned on for the below, might can try and turn these off. I don't have these turned on, not sure if @DeficitDuchess does or not..

    Again I am just turning my technical wheels right now.. lol

    When I had Facebook, I didn't reconfigure; any default settings but I, just recently deleted my; account because I had an invisible friend that, I couldn't get rid of; off of my list!

    I am unable to, deal with; Twitter because I, type novels lol & I refuse to, be character restricted!

    I've had this issue for well over a month. When it first started someone from tech support tried helping, but had no luck. She then passed my info on to someone else and I never heard from MFP again. It sees to slowly be affecting more and more people. I gave up a month ago. It's obviously a glitch of MFP's end and has nothing to do with us-- doesn't matter what server we use, whether we use an app or computer--- when they ask those questions, you are getting the round around. It's a MFP glitch and why they haven't addressed it is beyond me.

    I haven't had this issue as of yet. I do have an issue with the app just randomly closing while I'm browsing my feed. I guess I don't care much for the app so it doesn't bother me as much when it does.

    Yeah I'm thinking about making another account if they don't fix the glitch. Which would be sad :(
