One thing I really enjoy is getting chocolate, sweets etc as presents. I hoard them up in a special basket and eat them slowly. But a lot of people don't give me edible presents because they think I won't want them when I'm losing weight. Just goes to show you can't assume people's motivations, or that everyone wants the same thing.1

My husband is the worst (he doesn't mean to be, he just doesn't get it)
Hell often make himself food and try to get me to have some. I just have to be strong and say no thanks. Then make myself something I can eat (LCHF)0 -
