i can lose a pound just by peeing. i won't get more graphic than that.
i know this for a literal fact because both my regular gym and my workplace have scales within five or six feet of the place where you pee. and i have the kind of trivially-childish mind that likes stepping on and off scales and watchign the numbers show up.
op, just like other people have said. over time you get used to the fact that your weight just plain does go up and down all the time. it always has, chances are that it always will. if you do weigh yourself all the time, then after a while you get sort of too bored - in a good way - with freaking out on such a routine basis.
