I'm sorry but he doesn't look to vibrant in this bulletproof coffee infomercial.
What would vibrant look like to you? Honest question. It's hard to tell with the way that shirt sits on him, but from what I can see, he's in good shape (and comparing to some of the other videos, possibly at the tail end/just off of a weight lifting/strength training bulk cycle, which accounts for what appears to be a slightly higher body fat percentage).
Also, just because people make their own bulletproof coffee, it doesn't mean they follow Bulletproof Exec's dietary recommendations or even anything close to it, let alone claim it as gospel to becoming "vibrant" or whatever ruler you're trying to use here. Many people that use different LC/HF dietary frameworks drink BPC primarily just because they enjoy it, or because it's a good way to meet one's fat intake goal.0 -
Balanced diet always better . CARBS + FAT + PROTEIN the way it should be all year round.
It's these kinds of comments that make me break my silence..... We ALL eat ALL three macros (don't forget, vegetables have carbs!). We do NOT need to eat someone else's idea of what is "balanced". It makes the most sense to eat the ratios that make each person feel the best. Many, many common ailments in today's society respond amazingly to a low carb, high fat food plan. Neurologists, metabolic specialists, and other medical experts, commonly recommend this "unbalanced" approach.
Additionally, some human societies consumed very few carbs, and at some times of the year ZERO carbs. I live amongst people who did just that for thousands upon thousands of years. Now that they eat like the rest of us, cases of diabetes, cancer, depression, heart disease, etc, etc (diseases that were NEVER seen historically) are now going through the roof.
You might want to get a bit more educated and, more importantly, more experienced about things outside of your current limited experiences before thinking you know it all for everyone.
...... and I see that later on people in this thread are stooping to criticizing the appearance of others as part of their "argument". This BS gets so old.0
