About a month ago, I saw a teenager walking around our neighborhood. I could see that he was obviously lost and mentally challenged. I approached him and asked him if he needed help. It took him a while to explain but the short story is that a neighboring teen asked him if he wanted to go with him for a ride, then took him and dropped him off far from home and left him as a cruel joke. This kid had been wandering around all day. I was on my motorcycle, so I put it away and got the car and took him home. It was about 60 miles round trip. He also hadn't eaten all day so I took him through a drive through.
you're a stand up guy
I really think that most anyone would have helped that boy out. If not by giving him a ride home, then, at least, calling someone to help.1
