    Walked a couple of miles, but then it rained heavily. So...I'm in the house for the rest of the day. Did housework and around here, that's a workout in and of itself! Tomorrow: Silver Sneaker Aerobics class. Friday: Tai Chi.

    8 x mountain climber
    8 x lunges
    8 x squats
    8 x diamond pushups
    8 x ab crunches
    8 x flutter kicks
    60 sec wall sit holding 10 lbs medicine ball overhead
    16 x triceps dips
    8 x pushups
    30 sec air punches holding 5 lbs weights
    8 side twists holding 10 lbs medicine ball
    plus 45 minutes on my stationary recumbent bike to finish up

    and . . . whew . . . im a sweaty mess, but a happy sweaty mess!

    8 1/2 mile run through the neighborhood park before work. I usually save my long run for a day off but the weather people are predicting rain tomorrow. I am currently nodding off at my desk because I am so worn out. I need a nap!

    Today was morning weights workout (20 min). walk to and from work (50 min each way) Total Body Workout at the gym (Cardio/stength 70 min) Friday is my big workout day

    I'm on vacation, so my workout is 6 hours going up and down a mountain on snow skis.
