If conatining myself from bitchslapping crazy customers is a workout, then I will be doing that for 8 hours. I know...I know....I have some amazing endurance.3

Thursday is rest day...maybe an easy spin on the trainer tonight when I get home or some yoga. As lifting goes, I do full body, not splits and hit the gym last night with a heavy session...I'll have a moderate session Saturday.0

Today I ran for the first time outside this year... It was a very slow and painful 30 minutes. "active rest day"1

3 mile run this morning. Best pace for a non-race run so far! Tomorrow is 6 miles, then Saturday is a rest day. Conditioning class starts up again next week.0

Today was a three mile run, plus 8 flights of parking deck stairs times three.0

Spent the day chasing my 6 year old grandson around the house and through a snowy woods with a light sabre. ( proD day and parents working)
Not my usual Friday workout - usually AllPro light day.
As I was lifting him as well as chasing can I count it as a lifting day?
I will probably be sore tomorrow.
