Hi, has anyone ever tried Intermittent dieting? If your your trying to cut weight, maintain weight, or avoid weight gain after a cheat day. This works! I have done 16, 18, 24 and even a 36 hr fast. You can drink black coffee, or in sweetened tea. And i have even done seltzer water

It's actually called Intermittent fasting. It works because you are eating at a calorie. If this schedule helps you eat at a deficit then it "works" for you.
