Lmao I feel this so much. I ate breakfast at six and pushed my lunch as late into the day as possible so I wouldn't be as likely to snack between lunch and dinner and I feel horrific!!! Just waiting for it to get easier.0

just agreeing with everyone who suggests playing with your macros to find what works for you. it really is unique for everyone. personally i find that adding a bit of healthy fats to a meal keeps me full much longer. usually a quarter to a half an avocado works wonders.0

Nope - doesn't do much for me.
We're all different - protein, fiber, and fat are filling. BUT, it's different combinations for different people.
OP - you will have to experiment a little with macros & meal timing.0
