I typically have something relatively sweet as my post workout protein. Other than that, I don't really eat a lot of sweets bit do on occasion. Today, since I still had plenty of calories, I had a caramel brownie with vanilla ice cream. It was awesome.0

I had 444 calories left after dinner and decided to eat a Hershey bar lol. I bought this bar at the store 2 weeks ago and just now got around to eating it.
I had a huge sweet tooth before I started my diet, but it's calmed down a lot since dieting.

Every night before bed, budgeted in, I have 400 calories for three double-stuff Oreos with a tall glass of milk. Sweets plus 20g of protein right before bed, sweet!5

Yep, I do not last a day without something sweet..1

I have something sweet every day, be it a smoothie or homemade brownie etc. I enjoy those foods so I eat them when I fancy them and make them fit into my calories.0
-
Absolutely I do!! If I've have a good day and I'm under my calorie intake I'll have a piece of chocolate!! Not a whole bar but a small bit...1

I don't deliberately include sweets, but if I have them I log them like any other food. So it shows up as part of my total calories for that day.0

I enjoy baking. So I budget calories to enjoy my delicious creations regularly.2

Always. I wouldn't maintain my weight otherwise; it's too hard to swear off anything for life. However, if my macros haven't been hit, I reach for my sweet protein bars.1

When you eat too many calories, your body stores the excess energy it gains by creating fat. It doesn't matter what kind of food you ate.

I'm about to start my day off with a donut.0

Sure. Have you seen my not so clean eating thread? way more popular than I first expected lol so I'd guess most people do that! If not for sweets, most people seem to just eat whatever it is they like.2

I tend to want something sweet in the evening, so I make sure to save some calories every day just for that. And then the odd time if I don't feel like it, I'm in a calorie deficit bonus for the day.0

I wouldn't be able to sustain my "new lifestyle" If I didn't eat everything in moderation. I definitely eat sweets but I make sure they can work into my calorie deficit. Chunky monkey ice cream is life!!!2

Why don't you go first? Since you're trying to say 3 pages of posts must be wrong and adding fat by eating sugar, please point us to some peer reviewed research that shows how this is possible please.8 -
Several servings of fruit a day. Rarely cakes, cookies, candy, etc2

Lindt dark salted chocolate daily.1

I would fail if I could not have at least one dark chocolate mint ghiradelli square a day. Must.have.something.sweet.1

I make low-calorie desserts that don't taste "diet" (sorbets are a favorite, as are cooked fruit-based desserts and cakes where much of the oil has been switched out for apple sauce). Once a week, I have something small and high-calorie (often a shortbread cookie with frosting that I estimate at 160 calories). Other than that, it's occasional treats in social settings. A piece of my nephew's homemade birthday cake. Half a custard donut at a Hannukah party.
Mostly, that's enough for me.0 -
I don't budget for them, but if I want a sweet I have one. Usually, with me, it's something salty not sweet. Potato chips are my spirit animal.3

Please stop it, zach. Whether you're joking or not, just please stop it.11 -
Definitely! I have to have my chocolate. I usually eat a few pieces of semi sweet morsels that do the trick or a chocolate pudding with cherries and whipped cream! Omg. Delicious.0

Well, you better stop eating everything including salad and grilled chicken then because your body turns those into sugar as well.
What about the glucose my body burns for fuel? Does it turn to fat after I have used it for fuel?

If you paid money for that school, you might want to ask for your money back.4 -

Stop feeding the troll. You'll only make him fat.
Today I had a crepe with a little cashew butter, a kettle raspberry jam, and a banana. This impromptu concoction was really tasty, I recommend it.5
