3/2 6819; 12861 total (No wonder my weight has been plateaued/going up, even on my bum days I was regularly doing over 7000 steps. Right now even with some increased effort I haven't even broke my previous low numbers. On the flip side this is still better than a few years ago when my regular day was 4000-5000. I still am trying for an overall March total of 310,000. It would be probably be easier and fun if I made one of these ticker things.

3/3 Workouts:
Morning: Jessica Smith's Flat Abs Walk - I had to add 6 minutes of jogging in place to make it a true 3 mile walk.
Afternoon: Jessica Smith's 1 mile Express Abs and 1 mile Upper Body Circuit walk
I've really enjoyed getting 5 miles of fitness walking in everyday this week and looking forward to continuing!
It's getting me ready for my long outside walks/jogs/hikes for the spring! I've been focusing on strength training too much this past fall and winter.
Hoping to get in a couple of 6 or 7 mile days during the week soon. I'm just trying to pace myself and not overdo it.

@billdwyatt it's ok we're only human and live busy lives. Just try your best at whatever you do and you will be golden!
I am so proud of everyone!!! You guys are doing great!! Just think of how wonderful you will feel at the end of the month. Also, think about your body and how much weight you are walking off. When things get tough think about all the positive health benefits walking has. It's great for our mind, body, and soul. You've got this!!! I believe in ALL of you. DAY 3..... BRING IT ON!!!! Forgot to post yesterday but I got my steps in. I've already been out and walked 50 minutes this morning too! Painting my bedroom today so I'm sure i will get plenty of steps in going up and down the ladder. Doesn't that sound like fun?
For some reason my ticker won't show my total steps today? Oh well, I'm at 34,437 as of yesterday. My goal is 11K per day.

@billdwyatt You can do it! If I can do it anyone can. I sit at a desk 9 hours a day and started walking in January because I got a Fitbit for Christmas. One day at a time and break it up in small sections if you can!1
