Leg day is my fav

Anyone else? I could squat and leg press all day.

    Bench day comes first for me. Then deadlifts. Squats are third. I enjoy them. Just no desire to do them all day every day.

    I love working legs but I don't think I could do it all day. 3-4x per week I hip thrust, then some type of deadlift, then a lunge or squat variation, plus accessories. Sometimes a lower body bodyweight and band circuit one day. That is enough for me.

    Good for you! I hate leg day with a passion. I dread it every week, but I never skip it. I love chest and back the most, followed by arms and shoulders.

    I prefer deadlift and back day because I prefer pulling over pushing movements. I also like my "glute day" but that depends on how you set up your split. ;)

    Yoga, core and upper body. Mostly because these work my weak points - Flexibility and upper body strength.

    My gf is like you. She loves squats and leg press. Many women seem to enjoy these. I dont mind leg press but squat i dont like motion so much. Lots of fit women in gym got stronger legs then guys like myself who have history of upper body focus and strength but not legs. Some women are the opposite.

    I done leg day yesterday, leg press, lunges and squats, I'm finding my legs rather stiff today, but no pain, no gain!!

    I love leg day! However I do not enjoy lunges (still do them though) I like squats! :smiley:
