I'm 5'9" 160 pounds and I try to eat 1900 a day to lose .5 pounds a week. I'm a dance teacher so I dance a lot buy I consider that part of my daily activity so I don't usually count it. I'm following Strong Curves for weightlifting.
I also have a doggy that turns into an @sshole if I don't take him on a run at least 3x a week so I run too.0 -
1450ish cals plus I eat back 50% of my workout cals if I feel hungry. I aim for 3 hours a week + of mixed yoga/cardio/strength training. Plus I do 8000 steps so I'm not sedentary. I havent really lost instead fluctuating from 113 to 108lbs (5'3). But I'm toning up. My glutes gained an inch and I see more definition. Strong curves is amazing

eating average between 1300-1600 calories (should be 1420 according to MFP, but exercise below means I don't worry too hard). Exercise in a week:
swim x5
weights x2
bodypump x2
squash x2 or 3 depending on league stuff and mate availability
bodycombat x1
pilates x1
bums legs and tums x1
2 city trips coming up that are going to involve alot of walking, so that'll be a nice break haha
loving the energy I have since I really started watching the calories in and making decisions to have more filling foods rather than the chocolate and crisps! (I still have them, but fitting them into a calorie goal is really guilt free!)

Currently, I am eating around 1900-2000 but I am netting 1316 with exercise which is about 6-7 hours per week of walking, strength training, HIIT, and kickboxing. However, my weight has been the same for the last 3 weeks so I guess I need to drop my calories0

I average 2800 calories a day, do full body workouts 4 days a week, walk 15-20k steps a day and have been losing between 1 & 2lbs a week for the last 7 weeks.
6'3
222lbs
approx 12-13% bodyfat0 -
5'6" female, 43 yo, currently averaging 1500 cal/day, plus exercise calories. I do a lot of walking on my treadmill desk during the week, and I'm training for a half marathon. I do one short run during the week (2-3 miles) and a long run on the weekend (currently at 10 miles). I bank calories to eat more on weekends, so really 1200-1500 during the week, and 1800 on the weekend, plus my exercise calories. Losing 1lb per week (finally back at it again after a loooong break over the holidays!). Over that break I maintained my weight eating about 2100 net calories.0
