Sports bra?

My breasts (38D) hurt when I try to do cardio too. I'm in college so I don't really have the money to buy the good but expensive sports bras.. So I was told to wear two sports bras, one over the other, for more support. I was also told to buy a bra with one cup smaller size than my regular size so that they're nice and held down tight. Ah the joys of having boobs :P #womanprobs
