Looking for other kickboxers to give me some conditioning routine ideas. What are some of your strength and conditioning routines?

here is one of my favs, you will need a rowing machine, a barbell weight plate and a kettle bell. I use a 20kg plate and a 24kg KB, but tailor to your own capability.

Row 1000m, then 10 squat / press with the plate, 10 KB swings, 10 press ups, and 10 situps with the plate.
then 800m, 15 squat / press, 15 KB swings, 15 press ups, 15 situps (with plate).
then 600m, 20 squat / press, 20 KB swings, 20 press ups, 20 situps (with plate).
then 400m, 25 squat / press, 25 KB swings, 25 press ups, 25 situps (with plate).
then 200m, 30 squat / press, 30 KB swings, 30 press ups, 30 situps (with plate).
    then collapse :)

I haven't yet managed to finish without taking little breaks on the sets of 30, best time 35 minutes.

    enjoy.
