Want to try to do IF can you give ideas for neals please

    I've started intermittent fasting begining this year also I'm not eating meat only fruits and vegetables . A great place to get meals is Pinterest they have a Intermittent page just type in Intermittent Fasting and all the foods and plans will come up.

    You're only eating fruit and veg? How are you getting your protein?

    I do intermittent fasting also ... and I eat whatever foods I want, I just don't eat for an extended period of time. I've done both the 16/8 form and also the 1 day a meal form. It's easier on me to eat 2 meals a day though, and maybe a small snack. ... Normal food, just not as often.

    Nothing special. Eat like a normal person, and you get a normal weight. But of course, "The Normal Person's Diet" is not a catchy title and doesn't have enough pseudoscientific claims to sell any books :s

    I get up, do things, have breakfast, wait 3-4 hours, eat lunch, wait 3-4 hours, then dinner, do other things, including sleeping - this qualifies as 16:8 or 18:6. I eat regular meals and normal food, and anything I want, and as much as I need.

    Intermittent Fasting is FASTING.

    There are no meal plans. YOU DON"T EAT for a period of time. Then normally afterwards.
