Bear poop! Spotted but not trod upon in Miller Canyon, AZ.1 -
Hiked out to an area I call "The Pirate Ship". Its a nesting area for large birds in the area.

Thanks. It is beautiful there, hard to access, no people..I really needed a good, long surf session today..I haven't been sleeping and it helps to turn my racing mind off..I totally misread the tides today..next time
Do you go alone , hiking and surfing ?
Mostly, it's my preference..I don't like sharing the waves..this way I can ride the length of a full curl which is incredible. I do join in with the circuits overseas in places like Bali, Bora Bora, Australia etc. it's a good way to catch up with old friends.
Arent you afraid of the sharks ?
Haahah well yes and no, I am wary of them but I am in their territory so..I am more afraid of 'land sharks'
