I've implemented it from time to time. Great for volume training if you're trying to put on size.

I tend to stick with compounds, even for my higher rep/set accessories (pullups, rows, added sets of bench, ohp, deadlift, squat, etc.). I honestly can't be asked to sit there and beat my face into a wall for three hours at a time, working individual muscles.

Weight loss is about calories in/calories out. You could exercise all you want, but if you're not in a calorie deficit, you won't lose weight. And that comes down more to your eating than exercise.

I have done 10x10 often. Really hits the muscles hard.

I suppose that with so many reps and sets, the weight would not be very heavy to avoid over training and possibly injury. Am I correct? because that is what I do.
