I tend to stick with compounds, even for my higher rep/set accessories (pullups, rows, added sets of bench, ohp, deadlift, squat, etc.). I honestly can't be asked to sit there and beat my face into a wall for three hours at a time, working individual muscles.4

I have done 10x10 often. Really hits the muscles hard.0

I suppose that with so many reps and sets, the weight would not be very heavy to avoid over training and possibly injury. Am I correct? because that is what I do.0
