    Beyond being overweight for most of my life, I had gone through some extremely difficult times personally. There was one thing that I could control and that was myself. I wanted to regain control of my health. Also, my daughter was 2 at the time and I had already lost my father from health issues. I wanted to be here for a very long time to walk my daughter down the aisle one day. My original goal was 40lbs. Then I set another goal, and another... I made fitness and healthy living my job and I took (take) it seriously.

    I am also proud to say that I've lost more weight than my wife and daughter combined. Kinda weird... haha!
