    Is your trainer certified in nutrition and so what are you goals? Precise macros don't really have any bearing with the majority of the population..

    my protein goal is 130g a day (+/-10g) - and my dairy is open if you want to take a look - it comes out to about 25% a day, but may give you some ideas - I rarely use powders or bars though
