How many calories do you think this was?

I'm trying to eat healthy and loose some weight but toning thought I would treat myself to a takeaway ..now I'm wondering how many calories it was
I ordered a chicken kebab with salad and chips ..I only ate 3 chips and about 4-5 pieces of chicken and half a pitta bread and 1tbsp garlic sauce.
Any estimate how many calories?

Is it from a restaurant that has online nutritional information? If so get the total calories then cut by whatever percentage you actually ate to get a good estimate.0

150 for the chicken, 75 for the chips, 100 for the bread and 100 for the garlic sauce. You probably didn't mention some kind of glaze on the kebab so that's another 75. How'd I do?2

I'd guess somewhere between 300-500 calories.
Look up similar foods and log the approximate amount.0 -
Chicken kebab with salad were great choices and wouldn't be that many calories 4 oz of chicken breast is about 120 calories . Salad wouldnt be many calories depends on the dressing you used but even full fat would maybe be about 100 or so . I'd say about 100 for the pita and three chips ( sheesh how did you stop at three ?) hardly worth counting but let's say 50 calories .
400 approx for your meal add a few more for whatever sauces . You did great !!1 -

I logged 700 just to be on safe side and I was just over my daily limit by 23...not too bad I guess1

Take out? Lots of sodium too, so if your're up on the scales don't freak.1
