Does it get easier?

It got easier to manage the hunger, for sure. I'm always a little hungry and a meal rarely makes me feel completely full, but my attitude about my eating has changed which has helped a lot. I've found foods that make me feel more satisfied and I'm committed to not eating outside of my planned calories. It's the mental process of creating those boundaries that I think have made it easier for me over time. I'm at 186.6, als 5'6", and have about 35 more to go.0
