    You do understand that calories +Respiration is how weight is gained/lost?? right?

    Surely we are misunderstanding each other! :p If you weigh before bed, and then don't eat/drink overnight, and then weigh again in the morning, after peeing, it is sort of a marvel that you would have gained weight. Unless of course your scales are wacko. That is always a possibility.
