    Both of these are of Felix Cane... there is no nudity, but it's a professional pole dancing who is quite skilled and quite strong, that said they're probably not safe for work.

    I have done it for awhile and even have my own pole up in my living/dining room. I love it and have a lot of fun. I've also taken Burlesque, chair dance and belly dance classes. I've lost a little doing it, but I wasn't really focusing on trying to lose weight at the time I started. I started when I was at my heaviest and had a really hard time with everything. Now that I'm down 75 lbs things are coming much easier and I can finally do a lay back and I've VERY close to inverting for the first time.
