    40bpm last week during my annual physical. max out around 165 during speed work.

    My fitbit reports between 45-50. I get some surprised looks from people sometimes that can't believe that I'm not collapsing on the floor of something sometimes.

    Just checked mine after being up and sitting for 30 minutes. 60, though it's off because my hands shake and I can only find my pulse near my ear.

    I am F42 5'9 195lbs. My resting is usually 58-62 while at my desk working. I get to avg 165/8 when running
