I quit smoking cigarettes almost 4 years ago, but started back, off and on, when my lil sis passed away in May. So, I am proud that I have not given into my cravings and smoked today. Just a couple more days, and I will get back to normal.3

for 4 days, i didn't smoke. last night, i bought a pack. this morning, i put the pack in the back of a drawer. if i have a bad day (like yesterday) then i just need to make it home and i can have one, then i don't end up buying another pack and smoking the whole darn thing. i feel the need to add that i've quit about 875 times before, with the longest being 6 months....1
