    @Machka9 - Yeah, it's probably not lack of movement. :)

    In addition to the feet resting, maybe also try the stretching? I'm curious if people have success with it. It's always a mystery to me what's working, so I'd love more data. :)

    I can identify! They seem to hit me when I take my shoes off and sometimes it seems worse if I take my socks off as well. That is how I control my body heat. I don't know what causes them. I do take a multivitamin and extra magnesium. The only thing that helps when I get them is to really stretch my toes. Maybe my shoes constrict them too much.

    Haven't tried much in the way of stretching, but it does seem worse when I wear shoes that constrict my feet all day at work, especially if they've got a bit of a heel.
