Hey everyone it's time to get ready for summer. Everyone is welcome to join. We could have weekly challenges so if you have any ideas please share.

Weight march 20th:
Goal:- 20 pounds

Challenge for week one: Do 20 minutes or more of exercise per day. It can be anything as long as you're moving.

    I've been on and off MFP for a few years. Currently the heaviest I've ever been after a bout of sickness and copious amounts of meds. Given the all clear so working on cardio primarily at the moment (already lost 5kg/11lbs since Jan) but I will start lifting weights soon. I can envisage my weight plateauing we shall see!

    Welcome girls. We can get this done together. If possible try to log on daily and come tell us what kind of exercise you did that day and the duration.

    I am on a 800 calorie diet... Today I walked 10 minutes on the treadmill... I have bad knee and hip so just starting slow...

    I just came back from the gym. Did 40 minutes of kickboxing and 12 minutes of jogging on the treadmill. Now Im enjoying a late dinner. Kale salad with some sparkling water.

    I walked on the treadmill for 80 mins. Getting those 10,000 steps in, going to try yoga tomorrow with my daughters.

    I've been on MFP awhile and gained back after changing jobs from an active one to sitting. I am doing HIIT training. Started 3 times a week and am moving to 6 times a week along with body weight strength training.

    Weekly weigh ins every monday and daily log ins. We will have differents challenges every week. If you have any ideas for bext weeks challenge please share. It's never too late to join. Welcome

    Hi all. I would like to join too as things have been getting out of control. I've been on MFP for quite a while and log on everyday but not been committed for a long time. Well I weighed in this morning and am my heaviest for a good few years.
